Hi, I'm Logan! I grew up right here in Williamston, Michigan, I've always had a passion for baking. After completing the Schoolcraft College Culinary Baking & Pastry Program, I knew I wanted to create a bakery centered around quality ingredients, thoughtful baking, and food people can feel good about sharing, without sacrificing the flavors we all love.
